I visited Croma yesterday to purchase a laptop, and I want to specifically appreciate Shreyas the man wearing the Snapdragon T-shirt. He took the time to explain everything about the laptop, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what I was buying. I had to leave because it was getting late, but even after that, he went above and beyond by guiding me through the system update process at home and explaining what I needed to do next. Croma needs more employees like him, and he absolutely deserves a salary hike, if not a big fat bonus. I would also like to appreciate the colleague who was assisting alongside Shreyas. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he stayed with us throughout the process, was attentive, and never left us feeling unattended. His support and willingness to help were equally appreciated. A member of the finance team from IDFC, whom I believe was named Dhanush. I didn't get a chance to confirm his name, but he remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. As for the rest of the staff, while some seemed to be in a hurry, I completely understand that the store can get busy and, as a customer, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect either. That said, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Thank you, Shreyas and Dhanush, for making the experience a positive one.
