The store is having all electrical appliances and if any product is not available - they will arrange from the other Croma stores. While the products can be found in any store, the positive aspect of this store is their Staff. They are not only courteous but knows every detail about the product they are selling and ensures customers are aware of all the details. I purchased multiple electrical appliances at this store and all the staff with whom i have interacted are polite, aware of all details and handles the customer queries appropriately. Mr. Faizal with whom i had recent interaction, went above and beyond and ensured product demo booking is made, required warranties are kept in place and even available on call for any support. People like Mr. Faizal makes the customer experience better.

Very polite staffs good service

Excellent store. Staff is friendly and chill. They help you get the right product and accept gift cards as well. Decent parking space available as well. Overall, a great place to buy a new product!
