I have been a repeat customer of Croma @ Yelahanka. The recent requirements for kitchen appliances made us visit this center again. Actually we preferred this one over others , specifically because of our earlier experience with Mr Nagendra. This time around too, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our requirements- outlining best options for what was needed. Pre as well as post delivery, he ensured regular follow ups to make sure that everything was in order , communicating with us at regular intervals. I am Archana Srivastava. My husband Harshwardhan and I visited for the first time to purchase a refrigerator. We were facing some issues while buying the fridge, but their staff — Mrs. Farah, Mr. Kiran, and Mr. Krishna — handled the situation very politely and resolved it. It was a very pleasant experience meeting all of them.
