I ordered multiple appliances from croma store yelhanka, but was not satisfied with their installation services. Was constantly trying to reach different customer care number, raised couple of complaints but no one could help me. As the third-party installation servive guys were closing the case saying installation was successfully done. The fact was while installing, the guy accidentally released the AC gas, as a result the AC was not working after a day of installation. Lastly I gave up & I tried to reach the store. To my luck I happend to speak to Mr. Sridhar ( 64706). Who not only assured me that my case will be resolved, but will also be done on priority. And within a day he actually followed up personally & resolved it on priority. Kudos to staffs like Sridhar & Tasniya as their hardwork & dedication needs to be appreciated. Thank you.😊
