Above average experience with the staff. I went for a laptop but they didn't have that one & that's fine, this happens but the staff with up started to advertise other laptops in a bit unnatural mannar. Rest all no issues, it a great place to shop!

Very good supportive staffs

We bought a Croma 65 inch UHD 4K TV (65UGC024601 - display piece) from this store. Visited Croma to buy a 55 inch QLED TV (earlier TV was LG 55 inch). Shakti from the store was a very helpful and friendly sales associate, who patiently explained the features across all brands. We liked the Croma brand QLED TV as it had decent clarity & audio quality within our buget of 50K - however we visited all the stores in the area to get a feel of other brands. We did not want a Sony/Samsung/LG type of brand. We almost finalised a Haier 55 QLED TV at Adishwar, but there was not much discount (Girias, Pai, Adishwar, Unilet etc have limited stock vs Croma & Reliance & also they don't have much discount). So, when we came back to Croma, I saw this 65" display piece - though not QLED, it had better clarity vs the 55 inch and sound was pretty good too. Shakti & Priya (sales team leader) assured us that it is not old piece, no damage etc (good sales pitch ??) & they gave us a discount (final price was 43K vs + a gift box) since it was a display piece and also threw in a free 4 year warranty (normal is 1 year & you pay for extra years) - so in case of any technical issue, we get a replacement TV (not repair) or credit note for the invoice amount. This was a good deal. Delivery was smooth as Shakti came with the van and delivered it. Installation was done within an hour of delivery too. We will revisit the store for future purchases.
