As I am a social worker for humanities I always choose Croma to purchase and used to approach all my colleagues,friends and my daily customers to buy your electronic needy things from Croma instead of any others brand like Reliance digital,adishwar,girias and poorvika etc.. In fact they can check my billing number 80737419** or else through my email id that how many items I have been purchased from Croma so far,no limit, recently this one year I have Purchased 2 pieces of iPhone 15 plus,1 piece of iPhone 16 and referred my friend to buy one phone, date of 17-feb Monday Me and my GM deal smart tv 65 inches and ask for more any brand of 4 to 5 of it’s features with Quotation from one of their employee for commercial use purpose and we have been told us to come back after one days and we came back after one days to buy and was planing to buy 5 to 6 tv’s in our upcoming project in Bangalore but unfortunately one of their employee treats and use us such a unacceptable/unprofessional behaviour with me and my executive chef, and even during fight non of them are supporting us except some blue Color uniforms person came to us, such a unprofessional employee ever, the person saying “bhai kya hona” which make me so pissed off,when I said what do you mean by bhai kya hona, do you think that we look like chapri people, and start yelling and arguing with us in such a rowdy look, in my end I request myself to not to visit Croma again in my future and I will never recommend where customers doesn’t have value,they should learn something good behaviour and marketing strategies from reliance digital employees or any others brand, I am sincerely apologise Sir Ratan Tata
