I visited this Croma store a few days ago to purchase an iPhone 16e. Initially, I was planning to buy it from Vijay Sales, but my credit card had some issues that day. Later, while I was near Food Manzil food court, I stopped for a filter coffee at the small café on the left (I think it’s called Coffee Brewday, not yet on Maps). At the same time, I got a notification that my card was working again, and since this Croma store was nearby and well maintained, I decided to check here. The online price and store price were different, and the store price was higher. I was about to leave and go back to Vijay Sales, as their discount was better. But then I showed the online price to the staff. They discussed it internally, and Bitloo Saho confirmed that they would match the online price. He handled all the formalities, helped with the unboxing, and made the entire process smooth. Just when I was about to leave, he also offered Noise earbuds at a massive discount (around ₹278 instead of ₹800–900), which was a great bonus. Very polite staff and excellent customer service. Truly a great experience at Croma. Highly recommended! 👍
