Croma - Phoenix Mall Of The Millennium

I recently purchased the iPhone 17 Pro from the Croma store at Phoenix Millennium mall in Wakad, Pune, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. A special shoutout to the salesperson, Sachin Pandhare, who assisted me throughout the process. He is an incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and supportive person. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me compare models, and made the entire buying process smooth and hassle-free. It is rare to find such dedicated customer service. Highly appreciate Sachin's efforts and excellent support! If you are visiting this store, I highly recommend looking for him.

The best thing I liked about the store was that, I wanted omnibook today itself... and even though they didn't had one, they immediately ordered instead of delaying the order for few days... I'm happy that I purchased it today... And customer service is so polite.. Vidya Mane software technician helped in upgrading my omnibook as per my requirement...
