I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Rupesh Malshetwar, Sales Manager at Croma Electronic Store, Wakad, and his team member Yash during multiple purchases, including a water purifier, air conditioners, and a refrigerator. Their support throughout the replacement process for transit-damaged Samsung refrigerators was exemplary. I truly value the team’s sense of responsibility and unwavering commitment to ensuring that we ultimately received a defect-free appliance—the fourth replacement refrigerator—especially when Samsung appeared to shrug off their responsibility. However, I hope that Samsung and Croma’s logistics teams can enhance their handling processes to prevent such transit damages in the future. Additionally, Samsung may consider designing more robust packaging that can better withstand logistical challenges. Overall, we feel fortunate to have made our purchases through Croma. Highly recommended!
