Had a great experience at Croma while purchasing Samsung Galaxy S26. The staff was extremely cooperative and supportive, and the billing process was quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the very next day I noticed a dead pixel on the new device. I immediately visited Croma for an exchange. Instead of simply asking us to wait, the staff went out of their way to assist us by guiding us to a nearby authorised service centre so that the process could be completed without unnecessary delay. The service centre provided the DOA (Dead on Arrival) letter within the required exchange timeframe, and throughout the process, the Croma staff stayed in touch with us and continuously assisted us over the phone. We then returned to Croma with the DOA letter. Since we urgently needed a replacement and didn't have a spare phone, we requested if it could be arranged the same day. Although we were initially informed that it might take some time, the staff genuinely made every effort to help us — and, as promised, they managed to deliver the replacement on the same day. Despite the situation being stressful, both the billing and sales staff remained patient, helpful and supportive throughout. Really appreciate their efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this Croma store!
