What could be better (Cons): After-sales support seems hit-or-miss: several customers complain about delays in installation, repair, or unresponsive service after purchase. At times, staff or management have been criticized — from being unresponsive on calls to sending under-trained persons for technical issues. Occasionally, there might be miscommunication about offers, delivery or installation charges, so one needs to double-check all details before finalizing a purchase. During busy hours the store can get crowded, which can make service slower or less personal. (Based on general user feedback about similar branches.) My overall takeaway: Croma-Varachha is a solid option in Surat if you’re shopping for electronics or appliances and want to see products in person — browse a large selection and compare options. Just be mindful about after-sales service and confirm all delivery/installation details when purchasing.
