Thank you from the depths of our hearts to Mr Shivam Sharma of Croma South Extension II . He managed to finish the formalities and deliver a new phone to my surgeon brother in Aiims Delhi within 2 hours of contacting him. He and Croma are a huge asset to human beings who need technology to do critical work. When someone helps a doctor in need , they help their patients who are waiting for life saving care. I really will recommend Shivam & Croma store to all my colleagues , associates in Delhi area especially medical professionals, for all that he did for us. He went out of his way for us to get the exact result we needed in record time. I was in Ahmedabad and I didnt have to blink an eye, he took care of everything for my brother , his team and his patients. We are truly truly obliged. Croma/Samsung is indeed so lucky to have a wonderful team member like Mr Shivam Sharma . Wish him the very best. We also have brought other electronics like fridge etc in 2022 from this store from a person named Deepak , for my brother's hostel room. Both experiences were amazing, but Shivam Sharma has been nothing short of fantastic May he be sorrounded by equally amazing work ethic throughout his days . Thank you team !!!
