I recently visited the store. Like most electronic showrooms, they initially tried to promote their preferred products, but the persuasion was within limits, and buyers could freely purchase the products of their choice without any hassle. The floor manager was a nice person, and I bought a water purifier with the help of a very cooperative salesperson. However, I did face a minor issue. The installation didn’t happen within the promised two-day period. The delivery and packaging were both good, but later I found out that the delivery boy hadn’t shared the product’s serial number with the store. I had to call the Croma store after the two-day window, and they promptly arranged the installation for the next day. Overall, the store offers almost every kind of electronic gadget, with slightly better service and comparatively lower prices.
