She displayed excellent product knowledge and handled the interaction exceptionally well, making the process smooth and informative. As of now, I’m happy with her assistance and the overall experience. Looking forward to seeing how the service part unfolds when needed. Based on my interaction, they seem to have a strong technical team, with professionals like **Chetana**. IMPROVEMENT: However, I would suggest that customers be informed In advance about the complete installation process. While the usual installation charge for **LLOYD AC** is **₹2000**, my total cost went up to **₹3500** due to an additional charge for the stand required to install the compressor—something that wasn’t mentioned earlier. Providing clear information upfront can help prevent any unexpected expenses and ensure a hassle-free experience for customers.
