They do their best to ensure customers are provided solutions at the right time, for example, a lady by name Pooja in their team helped my family whenever we called her for clarifications on not only the product she manages, but also for other products where her colleagues were not picking the call. Delivery: Good, however, the croma app provides updates on delivery based on delivery to their store, not when the products are delivered to the customer. Hence, when a product ordered by a customer reaches the croma store, the customer gets a message that the product has already been delivered, while the store actually despatches the product to the customer only the next day.
