We had to pick up a phone for my grandfather, who resides in Kolkata. Although the process of obtaining one was a little complicated, Shovam Malakar was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of some of the other staff members. Watch out for the managers in white shirts. You can tell that they're very apathetic about their jobs. One man told Shovam to sell us the wrong adapter instead of wasting his time trying to find us the right adapter (Shovam protested on our behalf, which was extremely professional on his part but not so much the manager - yes, shocking.) Another manager was requested to bring a cloth so Shovam could help me clean the phone but this man was very rude to him. I'd also suggest watching out for two women who also seem very apathetic. I'd highly recommend asking for Shovam because he was the only one in the store who actually cared about the customer and not a sales quota. Thanks, Shovam!
