I recently visited the Croma store in Nagarbhavi to check out some electronics and appliances. The well-organized store offers various products, from mobile phones to kitchen appliances. The layout makes browsing easy, and the ambience is clean and modern. The staff was polite. It took a while for someone to tell me they didn't have the device I was looking for, and the product knowledge was lacking. The said they give it to the same day if I placed an order. After placing the order they said it had to come from the godown, so I had to go back the next day. Prices are standard—similar to what you’d find online—but the in-store offers weren’t particularly compelling. Stock availability was also limited for some models I was interested in. Overall, it’s a convenient spot if you're in the area and want to check out products in person, but I wouldn’t say it stands out in terms of service or variety. Worth a visit, but don't expect anything exceptional.
