Although I couldn’t complete the purchase as the color variant of the S25 I was looking for wasn’t available, I still want to sincerely appreciate the exceptional support and service provided — especially by Zaid and Rishika. They were extremely patient, and courteous, and went above and beyond to help me explore all possible options. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me, and I truly felt bad seeing them a little sad when the deal didn’t go through. To anyone planning to visit this store: I highly recommend asking for Zaid, Rishika, or Manas. The store had a wide variety of models and brands to choose from, which made the selection process convenient and efficient. After a bit of browsing, I found exactly what I was looking for — a high-quality refrigerator at a reasonable price. ❄️🧊 The salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, and really helped me understand the features of different products. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the billing and delivery process. A big thumbs up for the customer service! 👍🛒 Delivery was smooth and right on time. The installation team also came promptly and did a neat job setting everything up. I really appreciated the promptness and professionalism. 📦🚚 However, one thing that could be improved is the store layout. It felt a bit congested, especially during peak hours. With so many people browsing, it was hard to move around freely or view items comfortably. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️➡️⬅️ Despite the minor space issue, I’m happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Croma for electronics and home appliances.
