I am constrained to write this formal complaint against Mr. Aditya Singh (Sales Executive at your Aliganj Store). On 24th August 2025 (Sunday), I purchased a chimney from your store. At the time of purchase, Mr. Aditya Singh assured and committed in clear terms that the installation would be completed on priority basis by 25th August, 5:00 PM. I had specifically highlighted that I am running a fitness centre (gym), where after 5:00 PM, operations begin and crowd increases, due to which installation work during that time causes disturbance to my clients. Despite being fully informed, your staff member failed to adhere to his own commitment. Even after repeated follow-ups with the store, there has been no response, no installation, and no accountability shown from your side. This is a clear case of: Misrepresentation and false commitment at the time of sale, and Deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Due to this unprofessional conduct, I hereby demand: 1. Immediate refund of the entire purchase amount without any further delay. 2. Written clarification from your side regarding the misconduct of your staff. If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate it further by: Filing a written complaint with the Consumer Forum, Posting detailed negative reviews across online platforms, and Sharing my experience with my 1,000+ active gym clients, who form a strong consumer base in Lucknow. I hope Croma, being a reputed brand, will not force a genuine customer to take such steps. Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
