Easy accessibility as it is located bang on the GST Road in Chromepet. One of the few outlets where car parking is available (though limited). We were there to purchase a washing machine. They had a wide variety of washing machines. Mr Syed, the sales executive who helped us select the machine, was courteous, polite, helpful and quite knowledgable. He was able to explain the differences in the machines. He also responded to our calls and messages promptly. He did not force us to buy high-end models, even when we selected one of the low-end models. At no point of time we felt the pressure to buy a more expensive model. The billing process was smooth. The delivery and the installation, too, were done on time as Mr Syed had assured us. One request to Croma: We would have bought a demo model of a higher-end machine had the price been a little lower. Demo machines should be priced much lower because of the wear and tear over the months of display and also because they don't come with a box. Some outlets give a 25 per cent discount on demo products.
