Croma - Anand

I purchased a Dell laptop from Croma, Vallabh Vidyanagar, about a year ago. The day before yesterday, after a Microsoft Office update became available, I forgot my password and was unable to access my account. I immediately contacted the Croma Vallabh Vidyanagar store and also visited the store personally. Unfortunately, due to a power outage, assistance could not be provided at that time. I then contacted the Croma Anand store and visited there. The staff member at the Anand store was very supportive, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved my issue. Overall, I appreciate the prompt support and customer-friendly approach shown by the Croma team. The staff was cooperative, helpful, and committed to resolving my problem. Thank you for the excellent customer service
