Ms. Subra was extremely kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me with raising a service request for my mobile repair/replacement under warranty. She also clearly explained the advantages of the additional 2 years ZipCare warranty, which I had already purchased along with my mobile. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help. Unfortunately, the same issue was not handled properly by the CSD team at CROMA HSR Layout, as they were unable to even guide me through the process of raising the service request. Croma was a great experience overall, even though we visited close to their closing time. The staff were patient and didn’t rush us, which made a big difference. We were exploring smart wearables and got really helpful guidance comparing OURA and Ultrahuman. The staff clearly explained the differences, features, and use cases, which helped us understand what would suit us better instead of just pushing a sale. We also checked out some x elite laptops from Samsung, Acer, and Lenovo. There was a good variety on display, and it was easy to compare options side by side. The store is well organised, with a wide range of electronics, and the overall shopping experience felt smooth and informative. Definitely a reliable place to explore gadgets, especially if you appreciate helpful staff and a no-pressure environment.
