Parashuram from Croma deserves a raise. He patiently explained the features of Sonos Arc ultra soundbar and Sub4 and helped us make a choice when we had a confusion with another brand and model. The fact we liked with him is the honesty and the fact that he did not rush us to make a choice. I discussed it with my wife in the nearby Starbucks and we did make the final choice Converted us from potential windows shopping customers to pickup a complete sound system from Croma.
