I've been a regular customer at Tata Croma in Global City, Virar, and have made several purchases over time. The in-store experience is commendable—staff members are courteous and knowledgeable, making the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. However, there's room for improvement in their after-sales service, particularly concerning AC repairs and installations. Scheduling these services can sometimes be a bit challenging, and promptness could be enhanced.​ Overall, I appreciate the quality of products and the in-store service. With some enhancements in the after-sales department, especially for appliances like ACs and refrigerators, the experience would be even better.
