Good experience

We have come from Amritsar Sahib to purchase Dell Laptop at croma store, Taran Tarn. I called the store before coming and the staff is quite attentive. They called me when I am reaching there. Department Manager Akram Siddiqui has dealt with us nicely and we were confused in color so he opened a packed laptop and satisfied us for the color choice. The trust he imposed on us was remarkable. Customer service specialist Sardar Gurjant Singh and Sardar Harkirat Singh has also accompanied us and stayed till 9.30 pm till the set up was complete of the laptop. I am thankful to the guard Sardar Harshdeep singh for staying with us. The whole team is doing work with team spirit. They opened the store till night 9.30 pm. Initially I was thinking how was the store ? As it is in Taran Tarn a small town but the services here were in competent with metropolitan city.
