Croma - Shillong-Laitumkhrah

I called prior to the visit and to my surprise the staff was on my query immediately (I mean no delay). He asked me my preffered product and kept it aside as it was the last piece. Once in the store the p4oduct was taken out of a seperate drawer and the overall process was prompt and hasslefree. Exceptional service.

Nisha Das has been very helpful in showing the products that has led me to buy the product.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at Croma, Laitumkhrah, Shillong! I recently purchased an iPhone 17 (Blue), and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Pratima and her colleague, who were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Their warm and professional attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. As a pleasant surprise, they also gave me a complimentary adapter, which I truly appreciated. It's little gestures like this, along with excellent customer service, that make customers feel valued. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommend Croma Laitumkhrah to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Thank you, Pratima and the team, for making my day! 😊📱✨
