Croma - Secunderabad-West Marredpally

I recently purchased an iLife T20s Pro robot vacuum from Croma West Marredpally. Unfortunately, the product stopped functioning within six months, which was understandably disappointing. However, I would like to specifically appreciate "Ms. Jayasri" for the excellent support and customer service she provided throughout the process. From the time I raised the complaint until the product was successfully repaired, she remained consistently in contact with me, followed up with the concerned team, kept me informed about the progress, and made sure the issue was resolved. What impressed me most was her sense of responsibility and ownership. She did not simply register the complaint and leave it at that; she continued to follow up until I received my repaired product. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience much smoother. I had initially planned to purchase the robot vacuum online, but in hindsight, choosing to purchase it offline from Croma was one of the best decisions I made. Having the support of the store team, especially someone as helpful as Jayasri, made a significant difference when I encountered an issue with the product. I sincerely appreciate Jayasri for her dedication and excellent customer service. Croma West Marredpally is fortunate to have such a committed and customer-focused employee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
