Not to forget they gave me the best deal that i could possibly get in the Tricity In stark contrast, my visit to the Sector 11 Panchkula Croma store was quite disappointing. Despite having my details, the staff there didn’t seem to remember my name or provide any personalized service. The pace was slow, and I felt like they missed the opportunity to make a sale due to their lack of attentiveness and efficiency. It’s clear that there is a significant difference in customer service between these locations. I hope the Sector 11 team can improve their approach to better match the excellent standards set by their colleagues in Sector 7.
