We have been purchasing from Croma for almost the last 6 years, and till now we have always received very good service from their team. Last week, I had an issue with a product I purchased, a Philips i9000 trimmer. I mistakenly bought the wrong model because I didn’t notice that it was mainly for clean shaving only. After reaching home, I realized that the product was not suitable for my requirement. I contacted the Croma team, and they asked me to visit the store. When I went there, they understood the situation properly and allowed me to exchange the product even after billing was already done. I selected another product, and they also refunded the remaining amount. I really appreciated their cooperation and customer support because most stores usually don’t accept returns or exchanges after billing. Overall, my experience was very good.

Croma has multiple storeys with a lift, making it easy to explore different sections. You’ll find a wide range of home appliances, and staff are usually available to guide you and explain product features. Prices are comparable to the market, and all payment modes are accepted. For larger appliances, they take orders and arrange home delivery within 2–3 days. I experienced this while checking out a washing machine and a cooler. Overall, it’s a good place to visit if you’re planning to buy an expensive appliance, as you can compare options and make a more informed decision before finalizing
