Croma - Seawoods Mall

Liked your staff very much & your product. Will come again next year 2027 for iphone 18.

I recently visited your Croma store and unfortunately, my initial experience was quite disappointing. Most of the staff on the floor seemed to ignore me, and I felt like I was being profiled rather than assisted. However, one staff member, Saif Siddique, completely changed my experience. He assisted me from start to finish, patiently understood what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and helped me with some really good offers. The Laptop Department Manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) also supported me throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate the way Saif handled the entire interaction. He is exactly the kind of staff member customers expect when they walk into a store. My suggestion to the management is to train the rest of the floor staff to provide the same level of service. Honestly, Saif could probably be a great person to help train and guide the other staff members. Please recognize his effort and make sure his customer-service approach is shared with the rest of the team. Having several staff members standing on the floor is not useful if customers are not being properly approached and assisted. Thank you, Saif, for making what started as a disappointing experience into a positive one.

Love the experiance

The staff (Saif CMP) is good and helpful
