This is the best example of the level of the croma prozone mall branch...., They thought it is positive feedback and thanking for that with out even reading it fully..., keep it up...! purchased television 2 months back at croma prozone mall branch, at that time everything was smooth and i realy liked the way the staffs behaved. With same hope i went to purchase refrigirator and returned with full of disappointment..., the staff who attended me was ok, but the attitude was shown by the HDFC loan support staff was very disappointing..., Seems no one was showing interest to listen customer queries..., i have raised this concern immediately and the attention to my concern was also not heard properly by croma staffs..., then i changed my purchase plan and returned with out ordering the product, and definitely not. They should understand that we customers also travelling to their showroom spending our time, efforts and money, they must improve the coordination between the croma staffs and the bank representatives, because it is not customers job. Also they should keep an eye on the bank representatives behaviour with their customers.
