Before visiting the store, I called to check the availability of the product, and the staff confirmed that it was in stock. When I visited the next day, everything was exactly as promised. The sales team was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the purchase. I never imagined I would buy AppleCare+, but the way they explained its benefits helped me make an informed decision, and I'm happy that I chose to add it. I am very satisfied with my MacBook and the overall customer service I received. A big thank you to the store employees for making the experience smooth and pleasant. Staffs are good and we'll groomed. Sufficient product range.

Some staff are good some are decent although I bought two products and both of them working well even the guy who delivered my fridge he was very polite and helpful because of him I'm giving 5 star.
