Before visiting the store, I called to check the availability of the product, and the staff confirmed that it was in stock. When I visited the next day, everything was exactly as promised. The sales team was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the purchase. I never imagined I would buy AppleCare+, but the way they explained its benefits helped me make an informed decision, and I'm happy that I chose to add it.
