My husband and I recently received at your Croma store.We initially visited the ground floor to purchase a mobile phone and its accessories. The staff member assisting us there was helpful and then guided us to the first floor to look at a juicer, iron,shaver ,straightener . However, the lady in a white shirt who was assigned to assist us upstairs was extremely rude. She simply pointed in the direction of the product, said “it’s there,” and walked away without offering any further assistance.We were quite disappointed to see several other lady staff members in white shirts chatting among themselves and showing no interest in helping customers. As customers, we expect a basic level of courtesy and support, especially when purchasing multiple household products. Fortunately, Mr. Haresh stepped in and provided excellent service. He patiently assisted us with the majority of the products, explained the features clearly, and ensured we were properly attended to. His professionalism and helpful attitude truly stood out and made a significant difference in our overall experience.While we appreciate Mr. Haresh’s efforts, the indifferent and rude behavior of the other staff members was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to ensure better customer service in the future.
