Dear Sir, I am pleased to put on record the exceptional attitude and pleasant demeanor of your representative Ms.Sushri Patra observed by me yesterday, while visiting the Croma Mulund West store along with a friend who was looking for a Sound Bar. Ms. Patra's diligence, sensitivity & earnestness to serve her desk's prospective customers clearly comes across as a refreshing departure from most other sales/ relationship people. Her smile, despite the Jan 26 Republic Sale weekend crowds , and her attention to detail are indeed praiseworthy. She was doing informed sales by carefully assessing the needs & aspirations of her prospective customers allowing them to take a balanced decision, not just trying to push them into making a hasty purchase. She was also remarkably sensitive in the way that -- as we were standing close to the TV Demonstration area, and a Customer there wanted to check the loud volume performance/ fidelity when the TV is coupled with the Sound Bar-- she asked me politely if it would be OK to increase the volume, lest it bothered me. When I had a coughing bout, she proactively and kindly even got me a bottle of water. This shows that she has imbibed the right traits and a good emotional quotient. I also noticed her coaching the new joiners and juniors on various aspects, which showed to me that she is like a lighthouse to her juniors and peers. Thanks for instilling the right value in your representatives. I wish Ms. Sushri the best in her career. I urge you to take good care of her and motivate her. The world today needs more people like her. Thanks Croma for making our experience delightful.
