    Overall experience theek tha, staff ka behavior kaafi acha aur polite tha. Lekin kuch cheeze improve ho sakti hain: 1. Store me kisi ne water offer nahi kiya ya poocha bhi nahi, jo customer service experience ko aur better bana sakta tha. 2. Mene iPhone 17 Pro purchase kiya, lekin uska box/booklet clean condition me nahi tha — aisa lag raha tha jaise kaafi time se rakha ho. 3. Proper premium carry bag bhi nahi diya, sirf normal Chroma ka cardboard bag diya gaya. Baaki overall staff supportive aur helpful tha.     Good but I have 1 request for croma store. "I would like to suggest that management provide seating for the female staff who are currently required to stand for their entire nine-hour shifts. It would be a significant improvement if they were provided with stools or chairs to use during periods when there are no customers. Prioritizing employee well-being in this way would greatly improve working conditions and show that the staff is valued."
