Croma - Green Chinar

Recently, I forgot my Apple iCloud password, which resulted in my phone getting activation locked. As a first-time Apple user, I panicked and rushed to Croma - Noa Para (Green Chinar), where I had purchased my phone. There, Mongali helped me through the entire process. She even called Apple Care on my behalf and stayed on the call for around 35 minutes to resolve the issue. The process took almost 7 days, and throughout that time, she kept checking in and updating me. What touched me the most was that this wasn’t even her responsibility. The activation lock assistance was supposed to be handled by iDestiny, but I didn’t get the help I needed there, but she took every possible initiative to guide me. She went beyond her responsibility. Honestly, Thank you feels too little for everything she did. Wishing her all the best things in life ✨.
