Visited Croma in Asansol to look for a monitor. The overall store experience was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The layout is neat, and there is a good variety of electronics on display across categories. Pricing also felt fair and reasonable compared to expectations. The store’s location near Bhagat Singh More makes it very convenient and easily accessible. However, when it came to monitors specifically, the selection was quite limited. There was hardly anything on display apart from a Croma-branded model, which was not what I was looking for. That said, the staff experience was genuinely helpful. Even though the exact model I wanted wasn’t available in-store, they went ahead and checked the inventory, tracked down the monitor I was interested in, and provided details on how it could be brought into town. That effort made a positive difference. Overall, Croma Asansol is a good store for mainstream electronics like TVs, microwaves, and other household appliances where you are likely to find more display options and availability. For niche items like specific monitor models, availability may be limited, but the staff support helps bridge that gap.
