Croma - Thiruvananthapuram - Vellayambalam

Best place to shop electronics item...Very good hospitality. Govind from Chroma helped us find the right product and was very helpful

A Heartfelt Note of Gratitude: We recently visited the Croma store in Vellayambalam, Trivandrum, and were deeply moved by the exemplary service and warmth we received from two outstanding young professionals, Ms. Anupriya and Sri. Vijith. The moment my wife and I stepped into the store, Ms. Anupriya welcomed us with a bright, genuine smile. She listened to our mobile phone requirements with immense patience and care. Throughout the entire process, her guidance was so tender and sincere that it felt as though our own daughter was helping us choose the perfect phone. To our delightful surprise, she went above and beyond to ensure we received the maximum possible discount, alongside some wonderful free gadgets. Her dedication and warmth truly touched our hearts.Once the selection was made, Sri. Vijith stepped in to assist us. With great technical skill and ease, he seamlessly transferred all our data from the old phone to the new one, saving us from any hassle. It is rare to experience such flawless professionalism combined with deep human empathy. Ms. Anupriya and Sri. Vijith are absolute assets to the Croma team.We wholeheartedly wish both of these bright youngsters all the success in their lives and careers. May God bless them abundantly for their kindness and dedication!
