Croma - SRK Mall

I had a great experience at Croma with Shalini Roy. She was very helpful and provided excellent service. She guided us through the whole process and made sure our needs were given priority. Thank you, Saloni, for making our experience so smooth and pleasant!

I had a really good experience at the Croma SRK Mall store, and I especially want to appreciate Rameshwar (Mobile Specialist), Hariom (Laptop Expert), and Anil Verma (Apple Products Specialist). Since I run a company, I regularly need to invest in different gadgets and devices, so getting the right products at the right price is important for me. These three have been extremely helpful throughout the process. Their product knowledge is genuinely impressive, and they took the time to understand what I actually needed rather than simply trying to sell something. What I appreciated most was their support with pricing, offers, deals, and insurance options. They were able to get me some of the best prices I could find in the market, which made a significant difference when purchasing multiple devices. Another thing that really stood out was their effort in arranging low stock products earlier than the committed date. They kept their word and made sure the products were arranged as quickly as possible which I genuinely appreciated. Apart from their knowledge and product expertise all three are very polite, calm, respectful, and professional. The overall experience felt comfortable and hassle free, which is not something you always get when purchasing expensive electronics. A special thanks to Rameshwar, Hariom, and Anil Verma for their excellent support. They are genuinely a great team and a valuable asset to Croma. Highly recommended if you're planning to buy mobiles, laptops, Apple products from Croma. Keep up the good work, Croma! 👏
